Something that is now pretty commonplace in hospitality, but once upon a time a QR code on a beer mat would have been a novelty.
Qualms, what was Qualms?
Well Qualms was a simple anonymous feedback solution for hospitality venues. It was a web app that allowed customers to leave feedback on their experience at a venue. The feedback was anonymous and the venue could respond to the feedback if they wished.
The aim being users could provide useful comments, good or bad, and the venue would be able to take them on board without a stain on their public reputation.
The system was a simple white label solution that could be easily applied to multiple venues. For novelty value (and the fact this idea was dreamt up in a pub) custom QR code would be generated for each venue and could be printed on beer
